We can realize the exhibitor restaurant from a minimum number of participants of 350 persons per day, your inquiry is in this respect first as a binding booking.
As soon as we have reached the required number of bookings, we will send you an order confirmation and the corresponding number of vouchers that entitle you to enter the restaurant and against which, upon presentation, the meal will be served.
Should we not be able to realize the necessary number of participants, you will receive appropriate information from us in good time before the start of the event. We will be happy to advise you on possible alternatives for catering.
